Why we’re here

 

Graveyard Goods is a merch shop with three goals:

  1. Celebrate people’s love of Aiden’s books and build a greater community within this queer, brown, magical fandom.

  2. Support good causes. All net profit: revenue from consumers—minus the manufacturing, shipping, and fulfillment cost, as well as commission to the artist—goes to a rotating nonprofit.

  3. Promote small, queer, and BIPOC artists. Graveyard Goods wants to give artists exposure—and some cool stuff with their art on it, and a 60% commission of all sales of that stuff. Interested?

 

FAQ

  • Are the goods available to international buyers?

    Yes! Graveyard Goods can be shipped to any address able to receive mail shipped from the United States.

    Keep in mind, though, that:

    • All orders will be charged in US currency, so you may be subject to an additional fee for international purchases.

    • Your purchase may also be subject to VAT upon pickup.

    • Most orders are shipped via USPS and we expect long shipping times. Please plan for 6-8 weeks, just in case!

  • Will my whole order ship together?

    Probably not! Apparel products ship directly from the printer.

    Everything else will ship together separately, direct from our Portland office within 1-2 weeks of your order date.

    If any products are marked as pre-order, with its own shipping timeline, all non-apparel products will ship together in that pre-order shipment.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Maybe! If you need to make a change or cancel, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make that happen.

  • Do you offer returns or replacements?

    Graveyard Goods is a small operation and we aren’t offering returns for now. Everything is final sale, so please make sure you want what you buy!

    If something is wrong with an item you receive, reach out here within a month of receiving your order.

  • Will I get a tracking number?

    For apparel products and pins, yes!

    For smaller items, like stickers and bookmarks, no. We ship those with a stamp in order to keep costs low for shoppers!

  • So, where’s my order?

    We bet it’s on its way! Please wait 3-4 weeks (or 6-8 for international orders) after we said that a product would ship to decide that something was lost in the mail. If you haven’t received it after three weeks, contact us and we’ll make it right.

  • Is this the right place to ask about receiving my preorder campaign goods?

    No, the Graveyard Goods store is an unrelated venture.

  • Wouldn’t it be faster to DM Aiden instead of using the contact form below?

    No! Aiden doesn’t check DM requests and the only guaranteed way to get a response (about Graveyard Goods) from Team Graveyard is to use this contact form. Unrelated emails will usually still be ignored to be respectful of the team’s time. Thanks for understanding!
